Personal data policy

Last updated: October 25, 2026. This policy follows Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1074 of 2015. The Spanish version prevails.

1. Data controller

SIX PACK — The Method, based in Medellín, Colombia, which operates the SIX PACK brand at 6packmethod.com. Data requests: 6packmethod@gmail.com.

2. What data we process

  • Identification and contact: name, email, WhatsApp number and city.
  • Application data: your goal, experience, availability and training location.
  • Service data (only if you join): age, weight, height, body measurements, progress photos, eating, sleep and activity habits, and any injury or health information you choose to share.
  • Payment data: handled by third-party payment processors. SIX PACK never receives or stores card numbers.
  • Browsing data: technical data and cookies from the Shopify platform. The calculators run in your browser; what you type is not sent to our servers.

3. Sensitive data

Health data, body measurements and photos are sensitive data. We only process them with your prior, express and informed authorization; answering questions about sensitive data is optional; and we use it only to design, adjust and follow up on your plan. We never publish it or use it in advertising without a separate, specific authorization.

4. What we use it for

  • Reviewing your application and replying to you.
  • Delivering the service: assessment, plan design, follow-up, adjustments and end-of-quarter review.
  • Contacting you by email, WhatsApp or Instagram about the service.
  • Handling payments, invoicing and legal and accounting obligations.
  • Handling requests, complaints and claims.
  • Sending news about new groups or content, only if you authorize it.
  • Improving the site with aggregated statistics.

We don't sell your data or share it with third parties for their own advertising.

5. Minors

The service is for people aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect data from minors.

6. Processors and international transfers

We use technology providers that process data on our behalf, such as Shopify, Google, Meta (WhatsApp and Instagram) and payment processors. Some have servers outside Colombia. By authorizing processing you accept that transfer, made only for the purposes above.

7. Your rights

Free of charge, you can access, update and correct your data; request proof of your authorization; be informed about its use; revoke your authorization or ask us to delete your data when there is no legal or contractual duty to keep it; and file complaints with Colombia's Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (www.sic.gov.co).

8. How to exercise them

Email 6packmethod@gmail.com. We answer queries within 10 business days (extendable by 5) and claims within 15 business days (extendable by 8), as set by law.

9. Retention and security

We keep application data from people who don't become clients for up to 12 months, and client data while the relationship lasts and up to 24 months after the last quarter, unless the law requires longer or you ask us to delete it earlier. We apply reasonable technical and administrative safeguards.

10. Changes

This policy is effective from October 25, 2026. We will post any material change on this site before applying it.
